error msg on dsktop
can anyone please help me im having a problem with this error Wndws will not start because of the follingfile is missing or corrupt \windows\systems\config\systems my system did not come with a o/s cd. Is there any other way to fix this problem an still say all my data and if anyone can help please will u

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
You pretty much need to OS disk to fix this issue. If you did not receive the Windows Disk you can click on the title below and fill out the backup disk request form
