Error msg upon booting up "error loading c:\windows\system32\NVMCTRAY.DLL"

When I boot up my 5 year old stock Dimension 8200 I get the following error message

"error loading c:\windows\system32\NVMCTRAY.DLL  The specified module could not be found"

I can click OK to continue booting up and use my PC fine so it's more of an annoyance than anything else.

How can I get rid of it?

Thanks for your help!  -Royce

This is a problem with the video card. I would uninstall the driver for the card in Control Panel/Add remove and reinstall the driver.

Uninstall old driver
Reboot
Install new driver
Reboot

c:\windows\system32\NVMCTRAY.DLL

It is part of the program icon for your display adapter that shows up on the system tray.
