Error on opening file

Question

I get a 'General Protection Fault in KRNL386.EXE'  when attempting to open the windows solitarie game.  Have tried deleting the games on windows 98 and reinstalling udated versions.  Still have the problem. Dell Dimension 4100 Any help out there will be appreciated.   JFB

Hi, Can you tell me that whether the full message goes like this or not MSGSRV32 caused a general protection fault in module KRNL386.EXE Will respond accordingly

You will have to call up Microsoft to resolve this issue, although Microsoft charges money for the support but for this problem they would not charge any money. For more info check this link out
