Error reports

Sometiimes sending an error report to Microsoft results in a web page opening that gives suggestions on how to fix the problem.  Most of the time nothing happens except the application that caused the problem closes.   When you get the message to send the error report, click on the link to show details of the error report.  Write down and report here the AppName and ModName involved in the error and someone may be able to help.
