Error - Windows can't find...

When I log onto my computer this error appears:
"Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernals32.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then Search."
What do I do to correct this?  My computer seems to run fine after I click ok, but I know something must be wrong for this to keep coming up.

Are you absolutely sure that you have the exact spelling of the error message?

I went back and wrote it down again.  I was wrong on one letter.

 C:WINDOWS\System32\kernels32.exe

I put an "a"  intead of an "e".
Do you know what the problem is?

From everything I can find, kernels32.exe is part of a trojan virus.  It is probably good that it can't be found, but indicates that part of the virus must be present on your computer.  I would suggest posting on the Virus & Spyware Information and Removal forum where the virus experts hang out.
