Get this error quite often in the event log:

bibek,   While looking through Google someone said uninstalling their network drivers and reinstalling them corrected the error message.  However, if you just see it in your event log and don't have any troubles on your network then I wouldn't worry about it too much.   Or ask on a Microsoft newsgroup if you can't get a good answer here.   Dave

Not these days, I've looked through virtually every single website/post you name it. Haven't found a definitive answer yet - thought sum1 on the forums might know
