Errors when Booting up. ??? Help !

Question

Help - When I boot up (XP) I get a window with this error 'The application or DLL  c:\Program Files\Clear Search \ csLDRupdater.DLL is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette'   There's a few others - csIEHookInst.DLL, csAOLinst.DLL, csIEinst.DLL, and csUNinst.DLL.   I just dropped McAfee Firewall and went to the free Sygate Firewall when these problems started.   Should I just delete these files ? If not, what should I do to get rid of these error messages each time I boot up ?  Thank You.

Your infected with an ad type spyware called ClearSearch.  If the following link does not help move the question to the spyware forum   http://www.spywaredb.com/remove-clearsearch/

Thanks you NilsE, I deleted a bunch of the files - but the folder won't delete.

The Problem went away went I boot up now though - so thank you very much.

Maybe I should buy Spyware.
