Your infected with an ad type spyware called ClearSearch. If the following link does not help move the question to the spyware forum

Thanks you NilsE, I deleted a bunch of the files - but the folder won't delete.
The Problem went away went I boot up now though - so thank you very much.
Maybe I should buy Spyware.
