Really need the complete error message, but my guess is it just referring to the fact that your Isp dropped your connection due to inactivity.  Kip

Thank you for response.

I have a LAN at home, only the new Dell 4600 got this problem. You are right, I should give more information. I copy the error message bellow, it may help.

I did some searching at Google, inputing the error messages, and there are alot of issues with how your system is configured.  Since there are so many variations of how these problems occur, the only thing I can suggest is to do what I did, input those error messages at Google, and see if anything makes sense.  Its time consuming, but I dont know how else to approach it.  Kip
