I apologize that I did not see the other thread. I really should have taken more time to look and see if there was an issue. I guess I thought I was the only one because of my server. I feel rather narcissitic at this point..eep.
Anyway, I appreciate all your help and the problem was fixed due to all your kind replies, suggestions and patience.
Yes, you all greatly helped me. here I thought I was the only one on the planet having this trouble because when I called my server, they all said that MC's latest updates were not compatible with ZA or my server.
You all are so wonderful, kind and patient! I already had more grey hairs than I would have liked! LOL
My hubby does not at all like to mess with any issues with our computer, so it is left up to me...the greenhorn from Arizona, trying to do my best.

We've got something in common... I'm a bit of a greenhorn too, (still learning new things) but I'm in Massachusetts...:smileyhappy:
Take care and have a great weekend...

hey tommy! You helped me more than you know! Without this forum, I am not sure what I would have done.
Go Dell and Dell users!
