What catches my attention is that EXE is in upper case.Did you c&p,type,or is this the way it was?

Regarding "klnmp.ini2",I would run some scans.

Try avg anti spyware or trojan hunter in safe mode.

Hold the Flag key down and tap R key

Type             sfc /scannow               hit OK

space between     c    and    /

Have your XPsp2 cd ready, it may ask for it.

Let the scan run to completion, then reboot, see if the error is gone.

Go to this Dell's HijackThis forum (link below) and click on the red link. Read all the FAQs first then download free HijackThis. Run HJT and post the entire log on that forum for expert assistance removing malware.

In the message that pops up from the Yellow Triangle with an Exclamation Point in it, the "EXE" in the Explorer.EXE is capitalized.

Ran Virus Scan and SpyWare scan last night.  Message is still popping up.

Thanks for the suggestions to go to the Hijack This forum.  They resolved the issue and my system is running better than ever.

:)

Now make sure you're running a good firewall and antiviral software. And run scans with Adaware and Spybot Search&Destroy (both free) on a regular basis.
