explorer.exe crashes during heavy file management

Noone responded, so here's a repost.

This won't help with the error, but I've replaced Windows Explorer with Xplorer2 Lite, a free dual pane file manager.  It offers a lot more features that Explorer.

 

http://www.zabkat.com/  Make sure you get the free Lite version.  The regular version is a 21 day trial.

I already have it and don't like it that much.  And although I could bind the win-e hotkey to it, xplorer2 isn't that great.
