explorer.exe (help)

Question

When I try to log in, I get my display screen with no ICONS and the following message:

the complete message is:

explorer.exe Application error

The application failed to initialize properly (Ox0000022)

Click on OK to termiante the application

when i click OK it keeps coming up

I've got this same problem. I can then restart in safe mode, but I can't figure out what to do to fix the problem. I belive the problem is linked to a video issue.

Nope. I ended up doing a system restore. I'm trying to reload stuff more slowly this time, to try to determine what caused the problem.
