Explorer.exe keeps crashing When i right click, Help!

have Windows XP SP2 and its been working fine for a couple months (its a fairly new pc) until this happened. Now when ever i right click on anything on the desktop it shows it loading......and then it stops loading and shows the regular mouse. Then it shows it loading again. Then its done. But nothings right clicked!. Then explorer crashes and show the "send errror report dont send error report or debug" I hit debug and then the debugger crashs too. I did find a crash file...(I moved it to the desktop for easier access. It was in C:/WINDOWS/Internet Logs/)

Once i see

"Comment: 'Zone Labs self-generated second chance exception dump. Use .ecxr to see the correct fault stack."

I am thinking thats it a problem with my Zone Alarm Security Suite but it never did this before. So i shut it down and explorer still crashed. I uninstall my security suite but and it still doesnt work. I even tried doing a repair install on XP using the back-up disc but it still doesn't work. I hope you can help me because last time i tried contacting dell with a problem they told me to use the "Dell System Restore" but I really dont want to do that because i have a lot of software and stuff on this computer. Please help!

Hi,

This problem can be caused by a poorly coded context menu handler. A context menu handler is a shell extension handler that adds commands to an existing context menu (Example: cut, copy, paste, print, Scan with Norton etc)

Download this free program

Then disable one by one any third party shell extension until you find the one causing the problem
(type Context Menu. Sort by this column to make it easy
