That (I think, though someone else might know more) is an error where it is trying to open IE from the other user's account. ---- Though I could be wrong.
My Dimension E310 w/ WinXP Media Center Ed 2005 does that sometimes, and I couldn't figure out why it did that until a friend of mine pointed out the problem.
I am currently working on a way to fix it on my own computer. I will post a message if I find a way.
I just purchased a Dell XPS 400 with windows XP MCE. I get the same problem, it's not just with internet explorer, it's also a problem with windows explorer. Anyone found a fix yet?

Disabling the McAfee Anti Phishing Filter BHO in each of the user accounts fixed it for me.
