Contact Dell asap. New computers shouldn't do this. Use the Contact Us link below.

Even old computers shouldn't do this - but they do. Are you trying to log onto a network?

Unfortunately I think I'm just going to send this laptop back =/. I've had nothing but problems with it since I got it. So far, I've uninstalled video card drivers, run about 5 Extended Diagnostics under PSA, and even reformatted the system. Mostly because I've had a very annoying time with the dreaded Windows Blue Screen anytime I try to load memory or CPU intensive programs. I always get a stupid STOP: 0x1000008e with a physical memory dump. The boot-up added on to the frustration :-/, along with a busted right speaker. I love Dell, Dont get me wrong. Probably just a stroke of bad luck. Hopefully it'll all be better after I send it in ^_^.
