F12 Developer Tools

I am using Windows 7 Home 64 bit with IE 10. All of a sudden I have the F12 Developer Tools showing across the bottom of Internet Explorer. I do not seem to be able to permanently turn this function off. I can turn it off for the browser session, however it comes back for a new browser session. This just appeared and I cannot figure out why.  How do I permanently turn off this function?

Thanks Dell-AllanD.  I did see this article previously  however I did not try this.  I rebooted the computer and F12 Developer Tools Disappeared when I opened Internet Explorer. I wondering what caused this to show in the first place. Your reply is appreciated.

Hello Aps@Sun,

Please refer to this article on How to Enable or Disable "F12 Developer Tools" in Internet Explorer and try the steps mentioned in it.

Hope it helps!

Hello Aps@Sun,

Glad to know the issue got fixed. The developer tool is a debugging tool used for java errors. Possibly some IE errors might have caused it.
