Facial Recognition (Fast Access?)

Question

I have a Dell Studio XPS that I bought last year to use for school. My computer is password-protected, and I like having a password, and would like to keep it that way.   I have Face Recognition installed on my computer. I've used it before, but I don't really like to use it as much as I like to simply type in my password. My problem is that the Face Recognition icon is on the start-up (welcome?) screen, just as my Username icon is, where I would typically type in my password. Because of this, I have to hit Enter, or click on my icon, EVERY time I want to sign into the computer. It's getting annoying. I was wondering if there was any way to get the Face Recogntion OFF that part of the welcome screen (hopefully without deleting it altogether) so that I can simply type in my password and go. I had a similar computer a couple of years back with the Fingerprint Scanner, had the same problem, and was able to make it go away, which I thought was great -- but my old computer ran Vista and I have no idea how I made it go away.   Any help?

As long as FastAccess is installed then that account 'tile' must be present. Personally, I don't find this to be an issue because the recognition itself takes care of the login the vast majority of the time. Is there a particular reason that you want to log in manually to begin with?
