Factory Reset Computer

Question

I just factory reset my dell inspiron 1545 and now everthing is their except the thing you get when you get a new computer and everything is huge even when i changed the resolution please tell me how i could make it exactly like a freshly bought laptop and when i went to start as best used config it made it like a normal vista computer please reply

You used the Dell Factory Restore or the Operating System DVD?

If the factory settings everything should be up and running. You may wish to attempt to install the latest update to your Video Card however.

If the Operating System DVD you will need to install the Service Packs and then the Drivers as in my wiki A Clean Install of Windows.
