Failed to initialize (Dimension 8100)
When I log into Windows XP under my user name, I get a RUNDLL failed to initialize because windows is shutting down. Windows then shuts down.
If I log into another user name and then switch users to my user name, it asks me if I want to continue shutting down and when I check no, windows does not exit.
Not the end of the world, but just a pain in the keyboard region. Greatly appreciate any suggestions.
