Fast Access on an endless loop- cannot login- Please help!

Since upgrading to Windows 10 I've noticed issues with Fast Access (which never worked that great anyway)  Now when I boot up my laptop the Fast Access screen appears and has me in an endless loop of not recognizing my image,  asking for my password, trying to recognize my face, was , rinse and repeat, etc.  Control Alt Delete does not work.   Can anyone tell me how to get the *** out of this nightmare so I can uninstall this *** software permanently? This laptop is a Dell Inspiron tablet with no DVD drive so reinstalling Windows is not an option.  I was hoping to figure out how to start it in Safe Mode so I could perhaps go in and delete the Fast access program that way?  Any advise is appreciated.

Kay1096,

You can start your computer and start tapping the F8 key until you have the advanced options on the screen. Choose Safe Mode. Once in Safe Mode you can uninstall the fast access software by following the information below.

The uninstall may be launched from the short cut on the Start\Programs\FastAccess Facial Recognition\Uninstall or install/uninstall function provided in the Windows Control Panel

NOTE:
A final dialog is displayed, alerting the user they must restart the computer before this uninstall is complete. They may choose "Yes" to reboot now or "No" to reboot later. If they choose to reboot later, Dell FastAccess™ 3.0 will continue to operate until the computer is restarted, at which point all the specified Dell FastAccess™ 3.0 files are removed.
