Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927baca)
When I started my computer I received a message saying:
"Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927baca)"
I clicked the OK button.
Then another window appeared saying:
"Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id = 0xfc (252), Thread id = 0x104 (260)
Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application."
When I clicked CANCEL another window came up:
"Register JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in a error code of 0x2 (2).
Please check computer settings.
cordby.exe !a 0x1544
Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request."
The program seems to be "Dell Support Centre" (dsca.exe). I uninstalled it and installed it again, however this error does not seem to go.
How can I make this error go away?

Well, the smart-aleck answer is to uninstall the Dell Support Center permanently - it's not a necessary utility.
But seriously... Is cordby.exe actually cordbg.exe? If so, Google tells me that Cordbg.exe is a developer tool, not really a "user" debugger, so that won't help much.
The Dell Support Center is essentially undocumented and provided "as is" by Dell - it's not warranted unless it actually causes some kind of damage (which it did at first when the newest version came out). When it acts up the only thing for it is to A) remove it, or B) figure out if some other application or recent update you have is in conflict with it. If that's the case, a system restore might take care of it.
