No Turbo Tax either.

 

I have had no further problems of this type.  I suspect the difficulty may have been in the way or order in which I installed the various programs that came with the Dell notebook, i.e the ones that weren't important to me, I skipped, moving on to upgrade Windows XP, install anti-virus previously purchased, etc.

But, who knows?
