Fatal Execution Engine Error(0x7927baca)

HELP.    This message has been appearing on my screen. I am still able to use my computer. I have a windows xp- Dell Computer 2400.(DSRVL41)  Not sure if I deleted something by mistake or if something else became of this. It get really annoying because it continues to pop up.  One person told me to run Drwtsn, but I don't have it. Another claims it might be the .net framework causing thisI even tried to reinstall it and it won't let me), but  I just don't know what's going on. I can't seem to get it corrected. Box pops up Fatal Execution Engine error (0x7927baca), then I press the exit button and another one pops up about debugging which doesn't work either. I just exit out of them. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you...

Just try going to Add/Remove Programs and uninstalling Dell Support.  You won't miss it.

Working on this problem it looks like it has to do with the dell alerts, which I tried uninstalling and reinstalling- it will not allow me- states there's an error. How else can I delete this to stop the pop up. When I click Dell alert, it pops up this message: fatal execution error(0x7927 baca). This has to be the reason I keep getting it. I tried downloading the upgrade for dell alerts and again I say it wouldn't let me. What now? By the way thanks a bunch for the help. I really appreciate it.

You said you removed "Dell Solutions".  Didn't we say to remove "Dell Support"?

Sorry, But I did that too. I even tried reinstalling the disk. When uninstalling dell support it comes back error 1722(windows installer package). I really don't know what I have done to get these errors. I thought about reinstalling my computer but I don't have a restorative disk other than the option on my computer. Dell is so much different from the other computers I had. Would  uninstalling/reinstalling windows xp help get my programs back. Trying to restore back to a previous version doesn't take away the pop ups.
