File missing

Please help:

I have tried to open through Accessories my Microsoft XP Home Edition SBSI-Audio, using interactive training.  A warning appears Files missing Swflash.ocx.  This file is required for normal operation.  The warning further reads "Please exit and re-install this product from the CD or network to restore the critical file.I have tried the Re-installation CD for Windows XP without sucess. It ask for a product key.  I have tried the bar code of the back of the sleeve.  But is not working.  Is there another way I can fix this problem?
