i am trying to access a site and it asks for my e-mail addy to get started on the site. but it will not give me a comfirmation because it says something about checking my ISP run filter. where can i find my ISP on my computer if it is available? i hope this enough info. to help me. thank you
Forget the ISP for a moment. What it is asking you to do is to check if you have a filter on your email. Subscription confirmations may get blocked if you enable filter on your email. So the question is what's your email address? (NOTE: don't post your email address here) That's where you have to check. If you're using yahoo.com email, go to mail.yahoo.com to disable junk mail filter.

I don't know what the site is asking you for but your ISP is your Internet Service Provider--the organization that gives you access to the Internet.
