Flash Player Issues

Question

Is anyone else experiencing random problems across all browsers and other applications due the 'built-in' Flash Player that is part of Internet Explorer 11. I was having some problems before -- under Windows 7. Now, it seems as if the occur all the time --- upgraded to Windows 8.1

Easiest fix is to install chrome stand alone and stop using IE. https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html?system=true&standalone=1
