Flash Player not working for one user??

Question

I have a Dimension 8300 and for some strange reason cannot get Flash Player to work on my wife's user account on IE (V6).  If I go to site that requires it, I download it, the site says it downloaded successfully, and I think I'm done.  I go back to the site which says you need to download the latest Flash player????   Here's the irony.  Flash seems to work for my username in both Firefox and IE.  Just doesn't make sense.   I've tweaked the Active X control settings.  Still no go.  I've rebooted.  No difference.   Just for grins I tried it in Firefox for her.  Seems to work.   The one site I use as an example to test is the Saturn site and the home page is stuck on the flash error page.  I'm baffled.   I'm fishing on this one.  Any ideas or suggestions??

Could be the firewall settings for her id is blocking the installation or the D/L. May need to turn that off when you do the D/l and maybe even a virus suite has the D/L or installation blocked. Also check the security level under internet options for her login.
