Right click on the folder, go to Properties and remove the Read Only attribute then delete.

If I right click the folder, left click properties, remove the check mark next to read only, hit apply, then hit ok, then delete the folder, the computer won't let me.

Restart your computer in Safe mode by pressing F8 while the Dell Logo is still on the screen.  Login in as Administrator (password is normally blank).  You should be able to remove the read-only attributes and delete the Alice folder.
