Free utility partition manager

Question

Does anyone know of a good program that is free which will allow me to resize and create partitions on my harddrive without having to reinstall Windows? I am trying to make a dual boot system that will have both Linux and Windows XP Pro on it.

I think you're in luck. I believe the Linux installer can steal some space from the Windows partition during install. Check out one of the many Linux install how-tos to make sure...
