Should be on a disk that arrived with the system, if you paid for it, and it was not a trialware only. What system do you have ? Also check your packing slip or invoice to see you got the Roxio cd included with the shipment.

I got a Dimension 9150 few months ago and I've received my system with no cd's or dvd's. Everything's was installed in the hard drive.
In fact I rather to use Nero than Roxio (LOL) but, I've paid for a complete system and software and I can't believe that to restore or retrieve de Roxio software ...that comes with my system, I'll need to apply the backup of the original systema that comes into an another partition!!! ...That means that I'm gonna loose the(perfect) system configuration that I got now just for ... ...a Roxio?? ...That's would be ...how to say ... ... ...a kind a ...Dell's bad support!!!! ...Do you know what I mean?? ...That's just can't ocurr!!
So, I only want to know why do Dell charge me more money for a cd's or dvd's when I've paid every software in the bundle that they offered me when I got this system??
I'm truly appreciate your comments SR45!
Thanks pal! ;)

call or use
tech chat, and ask them
politely to send out a complete windows xp cd, and the
missing Roxio disk. If you do not get it resolved this way, ask to escalate it to a supervisor, but still be polite. Many have succeeded this way.
