Getting Errors when restarting/shutting down

Hey Im new here but I still need some help. Now please if your gunna post any info keep it as simple as possible because Im not that good with the technical aspects of computers. Anyway, heres my problem. When I go to restart or shut down my computer I get a whole buch of boxes that pop up and have to click OK on all of them. Some say...

My only suggestion is to test for spyware. Dell has a spyware forum that may be able to help you.

There's malware that hides by creating files with random names which is what you appear to be getting. For example:

http://sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.istbar.b.html

You may need to download free hijackthis and post the entire log on that forum for help removing whatever it is.
