Getting IE7 To Open Full Screen Every Time?

I would sure like it if I could get IE to open full screen (not using F11) without having to click the full screen icon or double clicking the top of the page.

 

I know there used to be a trick with IE6 to drag the corner to full screen and then close by clicking the IE icon upper left corner and choose close....something like that. But that doesn't seem to take in IE7.

 

Is there a registry value that could be changed somewhere?

Anybody got any suggestions?
