Have you tried deleting all your offline content and searching for spyware?

Spyware is sorted. I run spybot regularly and this doesn't make any difference. Not sure about the offline business. Could you lead me through it. I have tried other search engines and it's exactly the same.

You go to Tools, Internet Options and the click delete files.  You then should get the option to check a checkbox that deletes all offline content. 

What do you mean by your "Spyware is sorted"?  Have you tried Microsofts Spyware remover?
