Google Web Accelerator problems

I read a few of th earticles on the posted link ( http://www.google.ca/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-38,GGLG:en&q=Google+Web+Accelerator+problem) and most that I read are over a year old, thinks may have changed.  I do not believe there are over 2.5 millions related articles.  Lastly, I never have used, nor do I intend to used any accelerator.

What- you don't believe Google's hit count? *cough*

 

With anything Google, the only changes I have seen in the past year are an increasing invasion of privacy, and determination to control and monitor your websurfing and searching habits.  But I doubt the basic concept of GWA has changed, which is to filter the internet through Google's servers.

 

And I agree- no way would I use any web accelerators.
