GUARDANT key drivers
Hi everyone.
My sister has a program that tells her that she must install GUARDANT key drivers. She doesn't know what this is and neither do I.
Does anyone know where she can get them ? Please?
Thanks
Valerie

Hello...thankyou for answering my post.
Does that mean it's bad for your computer or that it's illegal ?
I don't want to give her something that is bad for her computer.
Thanks so much

Software manufacturers use different methods to reduce piracy. They sell a program to be used by one person on one machine. One way to 'enforce' that is to require a hardware key be plugged into the machine before the software will run. Only one software key means only one copy can run at a given time.
Others use such things as 'product activation' to acheive similar results. Still others rely on customer honesty.
'Dongles' are generally looked down on as they are inconvenient, and at times can be problematic. But if you have software you need to use that requires a dongle, then you are stuck with the dongle.

Thanks for you answer.....but I am not even sure that she needs it now. The program she has seems to be working fine...I sent her the website that you supplied...so she is going to wait to see if she has any problems before installing the drivers.
Thankyou for taking the time to answer my questions and for being so helpful.
I really appreciate it.
