GUI controller

Question

Recently I have been getting an error as follows   OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600) CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 1794 MHz with 1023MB RAM Video: NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5700  (6612) Could not spawn a GUI Controller! History: UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine <- FMallocWindows::Free   Could anyone let me know what I could try.   Usually only get the error when I try to open up a game.    Thanks.
