H310 PERC SAS controller card drivers not loading. T5600
This T5600 shipped with RAID 1 installed and windows 7. I needed to set this machine up as a test computer with Windows Server 2008 R2, so I installed it and it worked fine, but then I had a requirement to move to Raid 0. I Ctrl R and changed the configuration to Raid 0 and attempted to install windows. The computer will no longer see the Hard drives, so I downloaded both the X64 and X86 SAS controller drivers and linked tried to install them, but the install still does not see any hard drives. I can see the PERC drivers, but it says they don't match the hardware... I can't see all the same drivers as I can when I attempt to install win 7. Windows 7 also has a hard time seeing the hard drives. When I put a windows 8 disk in, it sees the hard drives fine.
Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong???

You created AND initialized the RAID 0 in the CTRL-R utility?
Is this the driver you are using (and unzipped/extracted before use, right?):
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER00592133M/8/SAS_RAID_H710P_FW_CGM2K_A00_setup_ZPE.exe
Since you are installing an unsupported OS (although the 7x64 drivers usually work for 2008R2), you could try an 2008R2 driver from a server (T420) that uses an H310:
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01460337M/3/SAS-RAID_Driver_R2_4R5XT_A03_6.801.5.0_ZPE.exe
Or you could even try an older driver:

For kicks, here is an older 7x64 driver for the T5600:
