If you are unable to unlock the BIOS password then please help me with the Hint code, which will be seen on the BIOS screen. If you do not get the hint code, try entering an incorrect password once or twice and you will see the hint code.

I have sent the codes by private message, along with identification, and now await the password from Dell.

I telephoned Dell on 30th April asking for unlock code, they said they would generate a password and get back to me, but they haven't, and my support number is still unassigned.

I emailed Dell days ago asking for the password, and have had no response.

I am still awaiting a further response from this forum which I contacted days ago for the unlock code.

Has Dell forgotten the password????

I am still waiting for the unlock code in order to access my laptop. I'd appreciate an update on what is happening and explanation for the delay.

The biggest reason many, many people buy Dell laptops is because they will get good tech support. 

 So if many, many people know that they will not get good tech support,  then they will not buy Dell laptops and many, many people like you will no longer have a job. 

So please fix my problem before I tell many, many people.:emotion-2:
