Having issues with Dells and our website

We are a new company, and have sporadic issues with some customers and our site.
The only common denominator appears to be that they all have Dell computers.
We had never heard of an issue like this, and were wondering:
1 - Does anyone have any idea how this could be possible?
We have tried replicating the errors using the same OS and Browser and versions, but have never been able to.
2 - Who at Dell might we be able to speak with to resolve this?

The issues is that on two of our entry pages, the Dell users get either hung up in an endless loop, or the proceed and their data isn't saved. Was wondering if maybe there is some other software standard on Dells that interferes.

Thanks.

Thanks, and hadn't been checking the Firewall.

Is McAfee standard?

Appreciate your response, any other software
or setting variables?

If anyone else has ideas, we'd appreciate them.

Dell doesn't have anyone that can help you with that.  They provide support to customers only, and even then they'd have no expertise in this particular area.

I suggest you focus on the firewall software they have, particularly if they are running a suite like McAfee.

It all depends when they bought the computer, changes all the time as Dell renegotiates deals, but McAfee or Norton are the likely ones.  You can do a sample config and see what's there now.

Also, if you use ActiveX that could be an issue.
