Help and Support Center ?
Hey -
I had to reinstall the dell customized help and support center in xp. Ever since I did that, my dynamic headlines do not update. Its June 6 and it is still giving me the headling from the 5th and my internet connection is always on. What should I do about this?

For XP, go to Start and Control Panel.
Select Classic View
Double click Internet Options.
Delete the cache and the history from there.
If you want to leave certain cookies in place, click on Settings and then click View Files. You can now select what (and what not) to delete.
