Help and support error

Question

Every time i try and start the dell help and support prog this message appears :-   'Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running   to fix this problem, start the service named 'help and support''   Problem is - where is the programme to be found - keep it simple pls guys!

Hi,   Go to Start/Control Panel/Performance and Maintenance/Administrative Tools/Services   Scroll down to 'Help and Support' Double click it and Properties will open In the drop down box select 'Automatic' Click 'Start' underneath Apply OK   You might have to reboot for it to take effect.

Go to the Start menu and click Run. Type

Services.msc

and click OK. This opens up the Services list. Scroll down it until you find one named "Help and Support". Double click on it. Set the "Startup type" to Automatic, and then start the service.
