My Dell computer keeps rebooting also. I have been working with the Dell techs for almost a month to get to the bottom of this. So far they have replaced the battery in my clock, had me empty the computer, run diagnostics, and then reinstall everything, and most recently had ME remove the fan and replace it!!! Now my modem no longer works. I have two service contracts with these people, neither of which seems to be worth the paper they're written on. I have spent countless hours on the phone with the techs to no avail. Good luck with your problem. My suggestion would be to take your computer to a qualified local computer technician and have it repaired before the Dell people have a chance to ruin it completely!

How about things like:
1. Anything installed recently (if you have kids you may want to ask them too)
2. What was the last thing installed
3. When was the last thing installed
