HELP! How do I delete a pesky SWF (Shockwave Flash) file?

I was visiting a sports site and noticed my computer downloaded a big SWF file. I've tried to delete it, rename it, etc., but Windows won't let me get rid of it! The address is listed as:
C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\YVVUXHKN\ncaasched[1].swf
I've tried going through MS-DOS to rename it, but cannot get to the "Temporary Internet Files" file. HELP! I don't think this is a "bad" file, but I would love to get rid of it just to make sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

chrisscottsmith,

Have you tried simply opening Internet Explorer and going to Tools|Internet Options|General Tab and clicking "Delete Files?"

If so, and that did not work, Cleanall.bat which you can download from here will get rid of it (and a lot of other troublesome items if they are on the hard disk) in DOS.
