HELP I HAVE A PUP on my computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to a website and my screen started to shake and all of a sudden Mcafee found a PUP, it couldnt be cleaned and i tried to remove it, and it couldn't be removed either!

I NEED A FAST REPLY PLEASE!!!!!!

PLEASE DELL PEOPLE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

you should try to run your pc on safe mode then delete it. that way it is not active.

My Mcafee icon keeps going black because virus scan keeps getting disabled and i have to keep enabling it!

Like i need instructions on what to do because i dont know where the pup is i just saw a window pop up and i tried to remove it and it didnt work, so i closed the window.

Do i scan the copmuter after rebooting and then delete it when i find it???????
