Help me please!!!!!
When I first start my computer up and open something it freezes and takes awhile before it even opens up..And it also lags really bad...I ran every test I even not the diagnostics but nothing is working..What can be the problem??My operating system is Windows XP...

It sounds like you may have spyware.....
Try to go into safemode (shutdown tap F8 before windows loads arrow to safemode with networking).
If everthing seems fine in safe mode then you need to clean up the spyware. You can use adaware are get a free 30 day of webroot spysweeper at www.webroot.com/dell
If you are still having trouble and it is not spyware causing the problem it could be a hardware issue ie : memory, harddrive...etc..
