HELP please!! I don't know how to fix this.
OK, so I'm in bit of a panic here. Somehow I have had horrible problems with Spyware - I ran a adware software and it kept coming up as more and more critical alerts even when I would have them 'fixed.'
So my friends suggested I do a System Restore. I tried it, but since it seemed that my computer was hung I manually shut my computer off. Now when I try to restart it won't! It tells me that
Any guidance would be much appreciated. All my notes are on my computer and I'm in trouble without them! Just hoping my professors don't call on me today.

The information here should be helpful (especially the information from Alex Nichol), but you are likely to need an XP CD.
