HELP! PLEASE! INVERTED SCREEN???

Question

Hi: I have no idea what keys I pressed, but I have inverted all of the images that are on my computer screen.  The entire viewing area is upside down and when I move my mouse to the left, it moves to the right.  Can you please help me!! Thanks.

Luthuli, Press Ctrl and the Down arrow key and see if it returns the display to normal.
