Help reading bad floppy diskette

Hi.
I need help reading from a bad floppy diskette. I have tried the diskette in various computers, but have had no luck. A user is desperately in need of getting the files off the diskette. Is there a utility that can read from a bad diskette?

There are many retail utilities that you can buy that do this. Search google for something like "floppy disk recovery". However, if the data is critical, it may be worth it to send it to a data recovery center. They are not at all cheap, but depending on the price of your data, it might be a good bet.
