Try starting the computer and Tapping the F8 key. Once you have the Advanced boot options up choose the one that reads "Last Know Good Configuration" If that does not resolve the issue you may need to reinstall Windows. If you do not have the Windows disk or did not make backup media you can click the link below to request backup media.
