HELP: Username vanished on Windows XP 64 bit!!

Ok this is kind of a long story. There may be a simple answer to this, but I still need one I am not so smart on the simplelist things. I recently made another account called RESTRICTED. My main account was call ADMINISTRATOR. Neither of them had passwords to them. I never used the RESTRICTED account. Well while on my main account "ADMINSTRATOR" I was installing something. It wanted me to restart, but when I went to shut down I wasn't paying attention and clicked switch users. I went back to the welcome screen and my MAIN ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR WAS GONE!! The only one left was Johnny. Now I backed up all my stuff when I logged into it, but I still want my account back :(. I did a system restore and it said some settings may not return due to some files not being on the hard drive anymore or something. I did it anyway and it did not work. So now I restored the system restore and am back to where I left off. PLEASE I need back on my other account, CAN ANYONE HELP?

Whn booting up press F8 and select safe mode. From there you can log on as the built in administrator account and then go to the users and set them back the way you want. It is probably a bad idea to have an account named administrator when the system already has one built in. This is by design in XP when there is a normal user ( or any other user the administrator accound doesn't show up on the log in screen ).

If you delete the non administrator account you made the "administrator " will show up on the login screen again.
